Your KOMI page may be inactive for a number of reasons, including subscription payment failures, being taken offline by the page owner, username mistakes, or account suspension
A 'Page Not Found' error signifies that the requested page is not currently available to view on our server. Below we outline the primary reasons why a page might be inactive and how to fix these. The main reasons include you're at the end of your free trial, you have a payment issue, the page owner has taken the page offline, there's a typo in the url, or the page you're visiting has been suspended.
End of Free Trial
We'll contact you a few days before your trial runs out, but if you haven't added a subscription to your page in time, you may find that your page is no longer visible and you cannot publish any changes.
To fix this, simply login and add your subscription and your page will reactivate.
Payment Failures
One of the most common reasons for an inactive page is that a payment failed when our system tried to collect payment for your subscription.
There are a few reasons why your payment might have failed, including
- Incomplete verification from your issuing bank's 3D security
- Your bank declining the payment
- Having insufficient funds on your card.
Our advice is to check your card has enough to cover the cost of your subscription and confirming with your bank that the payment will will not be blocked.
Remember: your payment is successful upon receipt of an email invoice from KOMI via our payment partner Stripe.
If you have any questions about a failed payment, please do contact us at support@komi.io
Offline Mode
Users have the option to deactivate their page whenever they want through their settings and updating their Profile Status. It may be that the page has temporarily been taken down by the page owner.
Incorrect URL/username
If you have typed in the URL to your device, if it doesn't match an active KOMI page, you'll also see an error message. To fix this, make sure you've got the correct URL and haven't made a typo.
Suspended Pages
KOMI occasionally suspends pages and takes them offline. We have clearly outlined our usage rules in our Terms of Service, and we expect our users to read and follow these guidelines to ensure compliance. If an account is found to be non-compliant, it may be suspended. If you believe that your account has been incorrectly suspended, please contact our team at support@komi.io
